Forestal Return Policy

1. Return Period:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

  • For electronics or specialized equipment, the return period is 7 days from the delivery date.

2. Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • Items such as undergarments, swimwear, and perishable goods are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Non-Returnable Items: The following categories are non-returnable:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

4. How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact our Customer Service team at forestal.bkk@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Once approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return your item(s).

5. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us.

6. Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please specify the replacement product during your return request. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Provide photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
